You will receive the access to our prices, as soon as you have successfully registered yourself. Then you will also be able to use our shopping basket system. Within Germany and all other EU countries you will only need to let us know your VAT number. Outside the European Union we will only need a legitimate proof of you being a retailer such as a resale certificate or business license. We send our goods with German POST "post registered letter" or with DHL. The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to weight and volume and are billed along with the goods in the invoice. Backorders caused by our fault will be sent to you to our cost.
The customs costs for non-EU countries are between 3% - 9% of the invoice amount depending on the country and will be communicated to you by your customs office.
