You can visit our site without giving any personal information. We store - even if the visit takes place via newsletter links - only

Customer account

 

When opening a customer account, a password-protected access to the stored user data is created. Here you can see all the data that you sent us via the registration form, such as first and last name, gender, date of birth, delivery and billing address, telephone number and e-mail address and password. Your password is not visible to us. In this area you will also find your order data and information on open or completed orders. You are obliged to treat the personal access data for the customer account as confidential and not to make it accessible to unauthorized third parties. We can not assume liability for misused passwords.

 

E-mail advertising (with newsletter registration)

 

If you have activated the newsletter when registering for a new customer or with your personal data, the data you provide in this form will be collected and forwarded to those service providers whose newsletter shipping system we use. Your consent to the newsletter can be revoked at any time under your personal data.

As a customer of Claspgarten GmbH, you will receive periodic product recommendations by e-mail, regardless of the editorial newsletter. Identity and credit check when choosing Computop payment methods

 

If you choose one of the payment options of our partner Computop, you will be asked in the ordering process to consent to the submission of the data required for the settlement of the payment and an identity and credit check to Computop. If you give your consent, your data (first and last name, street, house number, postal code, city, date of birth, telephone number and the data in connection with your order will be transmitted to Computop.

For the purpose of its own identity and credit checks, Computop or its affiliates commissioned by Computop transmit data to credit reference agencies (credit reference agencies) and receive credit information based on mathematical-statistical procedures, which include, among other things, address data.
